LETTER: George Bovill, Cefnamwlch estate, Voelas Estate Office, Rhydycreua, Bettws-y-Coed to Rev. John Hughes, Wenallt, enclosing a formal notice to quit for the date on which the tenancy legally terminated. He could not let the farm at present as he could not guarantee possession until the following year. Enclosed NOTICE TO QUIT (24 March 1920) from George Bovill, agent to Capt. W.H. Wynne Finch to the representatives of the late Laura Roberts, Brynrhydd, Tydweiliog, Edern for 11 October 1921.
