Gyffin; quillet or parcel of land called Erw Twthill, pa. Conway; garden in the holding of Moses Williams, 3 gardens or orchards in the holding of John Hughes, Thomas Parryt and William Prees, chief fee farm rent of 7 shillings p.a. issuing out of part of the dwelling house of John Ovens, chief fee farm or rent of 22 shillings p.a. issuing out of a toft or parcel of land lying between a messinage and t’ment called the Red Lyon and another messuage and t’ment in tenure of Robert Edmond and opposite a messuage called Plas Mawr belonging to Robert Wynne, esq., messuage and t’ment or burgage and gardens called Gerthi Porth’r Aden, shop and loft or room over the same in tenure of John Owen, boatman and William Williams; orchard in tenure of Robert Wynne, esq.; orchard called Perllan y Velyn heli, all t. and borough Conway; messuage and t’ment called Gwywan, pa. Llanglynnin; yearly rent of 8 shillings and 4 pence issuing out of a close of ground called Cae’r Eyrach in Cumryd, and parcels of ground called Cae Rhedynog, Caya’r Meirch and Gweirglodd y Sayson, and cottage and gardens called Tin tan y Graig, all pa. Gyffin; messinage or dwellinghouse in tenure of John Wynne and William Edmond, yeomen, in t. Conway; messuage or dwellinghouse called Tin Brith in Castle Street, Conway; messinage or dwellinghouse with gardens in tenure of William Prichard, yeoman, in t. Conway; messuage or t’ment called Bronlledreth within liberties of t. and borough of Conway; and messuage and t’ment called Nant or Tythin Afon Berry within liberties of Conway. Enclosed: FINAL CONCORD (30 March 1741, Great Sessions for Caernarfon at Caernarfon) between Plaintiff: Rev. Maurice Ellis, clerk, and Deforceants: Humphrey Owen, esq., and Ann his wife, and Thomas Kyffin, esq., and Elizabeth his wife, when the deforciants acknowledged 20 messuages, 10 cottages, 6 orchards, 10 gardens, 170 acres land, 40 acres meadow, 40 acres pasture, 20 acres wood and 50 acres heath and bruery and commons of pasture and turbery in pas. Llanbeder, Caerhyn, Llanglynin, Gyffin and Conway to be the right of the plaintiff. Consideration: 76 marks and 1 noble of silver.
