(a) NOTICE OF DISTRAINMENT given by Philip Geo. Davies, bailiff, to William Williams and George Bettiss, by virtue of an authority from their landlord George Hay Dawkins Pennant Esq, of cattle, goods, chattels and effects (listed in inventory) being in and upon a certain messuage dwelling house tenements land and hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances called the Castle Inn and lands in the City of Bangor, for the sum of £627.1s.Od. being rent and arrears of rent due for the said hereditaments and premises.
