Property called Brook Cottage, Penmaenmawr, bounded on the north and north east by the road leading out of the turnpike road from Bangor to Conway, and on the south and south west by a civulet, running between Gardd Lletty and a field known as Caetypobty, now in the occupation of William Ford Relby.
