PROBATE OF THE WILL (12 July 1856) of John Rowlands of Plastirion, Esq., bequeathing all messuages, tenements, lands, hereditaments and real estate to his wife, Elizabeth Ann Rowlands, £3,000 to his daughter Elizabeth and, on the death of his wife, an annual annuity of £300 to his son John Rowlands; and his money, goods, chattels and personal estate to his son, Hugh Rowlands. Executrix: wife, Elizabeth Ann Rowlands.
