Land leased to Thomas Owen Owen of Llandudno by the Mostyn Estate, under a lease of 31 Dec. 1874 for 99 years, at a rent of £10 a year. In the period covered by the following documents he built on this land a house knows as Augusta House, a mineral water factory called Nassau Works, a stable, a kiosk and other outhouses.
