The property was mortgaged on 11 Jul. 1884 and a further charge made upon the mortgage under a deed of 10 Aug. 1888. The latter states that the property had recently been converted into two dewlling houses; The Abbey referred to in the list as `A’ and The Rosary referred to in the list as `B’
