COPY REPORT (15 October 1910) of E. LI. Parry- Edwards, Caernarfonshire combined Sanitary District County Buildings, Caernarfon to the chairman and members of the Ogwen Rural District Council. The report concerns the condition of a terrace of 6 houses, called "Gatehouse", south of an old road from Llanllechid to Aber. He concludes that the 4 occupied houses are not fit for human habitation. Attached: DRAFT VALUATION AND REPORT by a Surveyor at Diocesan Offices, Bangor of the Robert and Catherine George Charity Estate. Its value is reckoned at between £30-£35 and sale by private contract rather than by public auction is recommended.
