BUNDLE OF ITEMS (5) COPY REPORT (18 February) of Dr. P. Fraser, at Caernarfonshire combined Sanitary District, to Ogwen Rural Sanitary Authority, on the condition of 6 houses at Gatehouse, pa. Llanllechid. LETTER (9 July): R. Benjamin Evans, clerk, Ogwen Rural District Council, Union Offices, Bangor to Rev. E.Davies, The Rectory, Halfway Bridge, Bangor. He informs him that the Council cannot supply plans and specifications 55 requested but their inspector will lend his assistance in the matter. Compliance with the regulations in the Notices will satisfy the council that the faults in the sanitation of the property in question have been rectified. LETTER (10 December): G. Holford, Charity Commission, Whitehall, London to Rev. E.Davies, Llanllechid Rectory, Bangor. He informs him that the cost of repairs to trust property constitutes a first charge on the income of the trust. Necessary repairs to the property are likely to exceed £25, and further expenditure is anticipated. Full information as to the condition of the property in question and an estimate of the cost of repairs is requested by the Commission, so that a course of action can be decided.
