LETTER: G.C. Bower, Charity Commission, St James, London to the Rev. E.Davies, Llanllechid Rectory, Bangor. He informs him that the Commissioners are not aware of any clause in the Old Age Pensions Act 1908 disqualifying pensioners from receiving gifts from charities for the poor; the trustees of the charities should exercise their discretion.
