Money bequests to his children: 20/= to Maurite Thomas, 5/= to Robert Thomas, 5/= to Mary Thomas, £10 to Richard Thomas, £10 to John Thomas, £5 to Magdalen Thomas, £10 to Catherine Thomas, £10 to Jane Thomas. His wife Elizabeth Hughes is appointed sole executrix. APPENDED NOTE OF PROBATE (3 January 1723).
