LETTER: Hugh Griffith, Caernarfon to Owen Lloyd, Tan y Bryn, informing him that Tu Newydd and other unspecified lands will descend without further tax to one son and heir who may dispose of them as he wishes in his father’s lifetime. The rest of the estate is entailed to the son Owen. The lands which may be disposed of are Tu Newydd being between Bodvell lands andte lands of David Lloyd of Llannor, Cae’r Werne, Tythyn Davidd, Moyl yr Hendir, Gwern Jago, the 2 quillets near Llwyn Newborough, y Cae Kerrig, the close called the Goetre and Tythyn Gwladin.
