LETTER: William Humphreys, Winchester to his brother Thomas Humphreys at Pen y Bryn, Edern. He has at last received the letter wherein he learned his father was dying. W.H. has been in hospital 9 weeks. London did not agree with him and the trade was very dead. He arrived in London 6 Aug. He is better in health here than in London. He expects trade to recover in two months time.
