LETTER: Charles J. Hemple, Homoeopathic College, Philadelphia to Dr. [Thomas] enclosing a letter to his registrar. He is unacquainted with the gentleman’s name or address and therefore was compelled to send it to him so that he may fill in the blank and enclose the letter to his address. Also Dr. [Thomas] is to inform him if there is anything else to be done.
