COPY LETTER: Henry Thomas, 10 White Friars, Chester, to F. Hawkins, esq., M.D., Medical Registrar, London. Mr. Thomas states he acknowledges receipt of the Post Office order but does so protesting against the decision of the `Branch Medical Council’. He also states that he intends to continue his request to be registered as a medical practitioner under the Medical Act 21 and 22 Vict. Chap.90 by virtue of the qualification received by him.
