Porter, Medical Registration Office, 32 Soho Square, London, W. to Henry Thomas, esq., M.D., stating that he has been directed by the registrar of the Medical Council to inform him that the Branch Council for England at their meeting on October 19 resolved that no sufficient reason had been shown for ordering his registration as Doctor of Medicine of the Homeopathic College of Pennsylvania.
