COPY LETTER: Henry Thomas, 10 White Friars, Chester, to F. Hawkins, esq., M.D., London. Dr. Thomas once more requests to be registered and states that he feels he has been unjustly dealt with and that if his claim for registration be refused by the council he will consider it to be his duty to seek redress in the proper quarter.
