LETTER: Mr. William Sharp, Rugby, to [Dr. Thomas] in which Mr. Sharp thanks [Dr. Thomas] for the details of his position and having talked it over with Dr. Sutherland they are agreed he has very good ground to stand on and that he should endeavour to gain complete success. They advise him to make out a clear statement of his case in the form of a brief and present it to both the Medical Council and a barrister for an opinion as to the legal technicalities, and if these are favourable to intimate to the Council respectfully that if they refuse to register him then he will have his claim tried in the proper quarter. Also that he should place the full statement before the Homoeopathic body which they believe will support [Dr. Thomas] in the expense which such a trial in one of the superior courts would entail.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
