LETTER: G. ?Atkinson 34 Prospect Street, Hull to Dr. Thomas stating that Mrs. Welch has not yet made her appearance, and thanking him for his recommendation. He says he will pay her his best attention and write Dr. Thomas fully respecting her when he sends her back to him. He also asks Dr. Thomas to give him a paper for his journal which it would be his great pleasure to receive from him.
