LETTER: R.E. Dudgeon, 82 Gloucester Place, [Portman Square] to [Dr. Thomas] stating that he is at a loss as to how to advise [Dr. Thomas] in regard to his registration. If he has no other diploma than that of the Pennsylvania College, there may be a difficulty; yet if the council acknowledge the Homoeopathic College of Pennsylvania as a college they would appear bound to register him as a regular physician.
