CIRCULAR LETTER: R. Phillips Jones M.D., Chester, Chairman of Preliminary Committee held at the Chester Infirmary to [Dr. Thomas] being an invitation to attend a meeting of Medical Practitioners of the Southern Division of Cheshire on Monday August 30, 1858 for the purpose of deliberating upon the desirableness of endeavouring to aid the registration forthcoming under the new Medical Act, by acquainting the registrar with the names of persons in their district who may be practising medicine without any qualification.
