LETTER: J. Brainerd, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. to Dr. Thomas stating that in order to avoid any unworthy conferment of degrees in the future the college will submit every case for his judgement and enclosing three diplomas and evidences for him to examine and decide as to the fitness of these evidences for the diplomas to be awarded. Also asking him to collect the fees due taking out enough to cover his own expenses. Circulars are enclosed. He comments on the financial situation regarding the college up to the present time.
