LETTER: F.W Roche, Tregunter, Talgarth, Breconshire, to LR.J. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog stating that he is in receipt of his letter of 2 Feb. He wishes to know why only a portion of the Harbour Dues for the quarter ending Sept. last has been paid into his account, and also why none of the Harbour Dues for the quarter. Ending Dec last have been paid into his account. Full and detailed answers must be given. Endorsed. COPY LETTER (5 Feb. 1895) in reply to above, stating that he has paid £4138s.4d. to his credit at the North and South Wales Bank Ltd, being £163.8s.4d. balance of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 30 Sept. and £250 on account of the quarter ending 31 Dec. 1894. The slate proprietors have not yet all paid their dues.
