COPY LETTER: W.E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F.W. Roches, esq, Tregunter, Talgarth, Brecon, stating that he has paid £150 to his credit at the National Provincial Back on account of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending March. The fact that the steam mill is not working will mean a reduction from correspondence quarter of 1890. Still £40- £50 dues to collect.
