Roche, Tregunter stating tbat he has paid £500 to his credit at the National Provincial Back partly on account of harbour dues for the quarters ending 30 June and 30 Sept. Endorsed COPY LETTER (12 Feb. 1890): W.E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to Mr. Roche, stating that he has paid £85.12s.5d. balance of the quarter ending 30 Sept. and £200 on account of quarter ending 30 Dec. 1889 to his credit at the National Provincial Bank. The slate proprietors are very slow in paying their dues.
