LETTER: R. Roche, Tregunter, Talgarth to Mr. W.E. Morris, Porthmadog stating that he has not yet received notice from the back of his having paid in harbour dues for the quarter ending Sept. He asks him to do so without further delay. Endorsed: COPY LETTER (11 Nov. 1889) in reply to above, stating that he has this day paid £400 to his credit at the National Provincial Back on account of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 30 Sept. Several slate proprietors have not paid their dues. Shipments for this quarter are not as good as the corresponding quarter.
