COPY LETTER: Wm. E. Morris, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, .Esq, Tregunter, Talgarth, Brecon stating that he has paid £400 to his credit at the National Provincial Back on accomt of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 30 June. They have expended above £30 in clearing land, banks etc. during the quarter as per Mr. Roche’s order to Harbour Master. He hopes Mr. Roche will be well supported at the Brecon Eisteddfod.
