COPY LETTER: W.E. Morris, Collector of Dues, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to Mr. F.W.A. Roche, esq, Treguter, Talgarth, Brecon stating that he has paid £400 to his credit at the National Provincial Bank on account of Harbour Dues. Shipments of slates for the quarter ending 30 Sept. are very close upon last year’s. Cwmorthin Co have not paid the £67.8s. 8d. and other slate proprietors have not yet paid their dues.
