COPY LETTER: W.E. Morris, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, esq, Tregunter, Brecon stating that he has paid £100 to his credit at the National Provincial Bank on account of Harbour Dues. Mr. Percival has paid the dues on slates for the last three quarters. Mr. Casson will be writing about using the harbour barge to clear his wharf; the Cwmmorthin Company have had the use of it. They have not yet paid the dues, but are expected to in the next few days.
