COPY LETTER: Wm. E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F. Roche, esq, Tregunter, stating that they have no lights on their bar buoys except occasionally when vessels proceed or come over the bar `to save the Spring’. The buoyage dues are included in the tonnage on vessels. He has delivered bills to the three companies. He returns the Board of Trade notice.
