COPY LETTER: W.E. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog to F.W. Roche, esq, Tregunter, Talgarth, stating that he has paid £350 to his credit at the National Provincial Bank on account of Harbour Dues for the quarter ending 30 Sept. Some of the shippers have not yet paid thcir dues which accounts for the delay. There should be a balance of about £100. Shipments of slates have been nearly up to average of the corresponding quarter.
