LETTER: H. Westmacott of Bedford Row, London, to C.Williams, re to a deed for Mr. Griffith. He is surprised that Mr. Griffith has objected to the £220 appearing in the account since it was a personal loan and not intended as security. Also he gives advice on the consequences of Mr. Griffith not paying the sums of mortgages owed. He suggests that Mr. Griffith should let the property and use the rents to pay off the interests of a temporary loan.
