EXTRACT OF WILL of Ellen Lloyd, wife of the late Richard Lloyd. Bequests comprised of a yearly rent of £5 to Ellen Thomas, sister in law. £20 to Mary Anne Jones, of Port Street, Caernarfon, spinster, cousin. All real estate including Tir y llan, Tir yn Llan and Caer Vicar to William Williams and trustees brother. Executors: William Williams and Mary Williams. Ellen Lloyd died 11 April 1857. The will was proved at The Court of Bangor 17 August 1857.
