One letter discusses re-vaccination for smallpox, another is a memorandum on the duties of Sanitary Authorities in reference to epidemics of smallpox and the third is a memorandum on the steps to be taken by Boards of Guardians under the Vaccination Acts 1867 and 1871 in places where smallpox is prevalent.
