LETTER: J Williams, collector of rates for Llanfaes and Penmon, borough of Beaumaris at Tygwyn Penmon to Messrs. Tyrer, Kenion, Tyrer and Simpson, to tell them that if they do not remit to him the rates of Fryars he must apply to Mr.Burton for it. Requests an answer and adds that it is useless to write repeatedly without having an answer.
