LETTER: John Pritchard, auctioneer, valuer and land agent at Bodhyfryd, Bangor to Messrs. Tyrer, Kenion, Tyrer and Siilpson, solicitors, at 14 North John Street, Liverpool to say has placed a board on the property announcing it for sale by private treaty but has had no suit- able offers. Late owner of Trosyrafon has left it to Sir Hugh Pritchard of Winam and his sister for life, and after them to Miss Owen of Caerau. Has heard it hinted that Mr. Pritchard might buy Miss Owen’s interest. Does not think it would be wise to hurry a sale. He hears that Mr. Barlow is expected home in a few days.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
