LETTER: Bruce at Cook, Hepworth and Co., Upper Carr Mills, Liversedge, Yorks, to ? to inform him of the contents of a letter he received that morning from Willie, Is not going to agree to or sign anything until has heard from him. Remarks on Willie’s temperament. Encloses copy of letter he thought to write in reply, and also Willie’s letter. Appended: COPY LETTER 15 July 1884 Bruce to Willie about the new partnership articles. Points out that he has had to relinquish of his profits and the matter has gone to arbitration. Asks what guarantee he can be given that same will not happen again in future.
