COPY PROBATE OF WILL (31 March 1808) of Mary Anne Owen of Foley Place, Portland Chapel, co. Middx., spinster, bequeathing all her freehold estates in the isle of Anglesey and at Haverfordwest, co. Pembroke or elsewhere, and all her personal estates to James Thomas of Dover place Kent Road, co. Surry, esq., upon trust for her sister Emma Owen for life, then to her mother Frances Mentresor, then to her nephew George Thomas Coleman and should E.0. die before he becomes 2l on trust until he becomes 21, or should he die before then on trust for heirs of E.0. or should she die without issue on trust to her own heirs for ever.
