LETTER: dated April 28, 1910: Richard Roberts, Palace Chambers, High Street, Caernarfon, solicitors, acting on behalf of Mrs. Mary Roberts, Rhoschwilog, Saron, Bethel, to Mr. Hugh W. Hughes, Greuor, Bethel. Asks to see the original lease, policy of life insurance, and receipt for last premium. Attached: LETTER:dated 28 May, 1910: Richard Roberts, solicitors, to Mr. Hugh W. Hughes, asking, on the instructions of Mrs. Mary Roberts, for payment of £1.10s.Od, being the moiety of rent less insurance premium. Mrs. Roberts also wishes that a proper notice of the assignment of the policy be registered in London and that the deeds and policy be kept in the joint names of herself and Hugh W. Hughes in one of the Caernarfon banks. Unless the above amount is received by him by 4 o’clock on Saturday the 4th June, together with 3/6d, the costs of that application, legal proceedings will be taken against him for the recovery of the sum.
