NOTICE, given by Maggie Jane Picton, Banklands, Maeshyfryd Road, Holyhead, co. Anglesey, administratrix of the late Mary Picton to Mr. William Williams, Greuor, Bethel, Nr. Caernarfon, to pay to her at the expiration of three calendar months from the date of this notice, the principal sum of £75 secured by a certain Indenture of Mortgage dated the 8th day of June, 1892 and made between David Williams of the one part and William John Roberts of the other part and a transfer of mortgage dated the 15th March, 1893, and made between the said David Williams and William John Roberts and Mary Picton, widow, of the third part of all interest due thereon, and if default is made in such payment, she shall proceed to sell the hereditaments and premises comprised in the said Indentures.
