1. Lewis Jones, agent for and on behalf of Rice William Thomas of Coedhelen, Esq. 2. Messrs. Richard David Williams and John Armour Hughes of Porth yr aur, Caernarfon, solicitors. CONSENT to surrender to David Williams of Tanrhallt, Portdinorwic, the term assigned by Morris Owen of Market Street, Caernarfon, solicitor, to (2) in a piece of land of Rice William Thomas with the messuage or dwelling house erected thereon being part of a farm called Tan-y-maes Ucha in the pa. of Llanfairisgaer (see No.27 above). Also CONSENT to David Williams to demise the above premises by way of mortgage to William John Roberts of The Glanrafon Temperance Inn, Caernarfon, for the term of 100 years. Endorsed: 1. As (1) above. 2. David Williams and William John Roberts, his mortgagee. CONSENT (23 March, 1893) to transfer mortgage as above to Mary Picton of Maeshyfryd Road, Holyhead, Co. Anglesey, widow.
