CONSENT to surrender to David Williams of Tanrhallt, Portdinorwic, the term assigned by Morris Owen of Market Street, Caernarfon, solicitor, to (2) in a piece of land of Rice William Thomas with the messuage or dwelling house erected thereon being part of a farm called Tan-y-maes Ucha in the pa. of Llanfairisgaer (see No.27 above). Also CONSENT to David Williams to demise the above premises by way of mortgage to William John Roberts of The Glanrafon Temperance Inn, Caernarfon, for the term of 100 years. Endorsed: 1.
