1. Rice Thomas of Coed Helen, in the co. of Caernarfon, Esq. 2. Nathaniel Gun of No. 166 of the Depot of Dundee Barracks, in the co. of Duudee, private soldier in the 93rd Highland Regiment. LEASE for a term of 3 lives and 31 concurrent years of a plot of land with messuage or dwelling house already and hereafter to be erected thereon being part and parcel of a farm called Tanymas Ucha, which adjoins the old turnpike road on the right hand side from Caernarfon to Bangor a few yards beyond the old turnpike gate called Tafarn y Grisia Gate, containing in length parallel with the turnpike road 60 yds, and in depth 30 yds, in the pa. of Llanfairisgaer.
