Great Sessions for Caernarfonshire, at Conway. FINAL CONCORD between Plaintiff: John Hughes, gent, and Deforceants: John Roberts, clerk, and Catherine his wife. When the Deforceants acknowledged 10 messuages, 10 cottages, 2 fulling mills, 10 barns, 10 gardens, 10 orchards, 200a. land, 100a. meadow, 200a. pasture, 50a. wood, 50a. land covered with water, and 500a. furze and heath, and commons of pasture and turbary in pas. Llanrug and Ceidio to be the property of the Plaintiff. Consideration: 306 marks of silver. Attested copy of 18 December 1847.
