LETTER: Robert Davies, Glasserton Terrace, Seacome to his brother and sister re their mother’s death. Suggests that they buy some houses in Liverpool, where they would get better percentage on their money than in Wales. He had read in the papers of the death of Picton John Hughes who works forOwen Owens building a lot of houses at Seacome, lodges a few doors from him. Hughes bought a field for about 5/- per yard and sold the lot to a builder for 10/- per yard.
