CIRCULAR LETTER: Cambrian Railways, Solicitor’s Office, Oswestry, to William Williams, pa. Penrhos, re intended application to be made to Parliament in the ensuing Session, for an Act, under the Cambrian Railways, whereby it is proposed to authorise the Cambrian Railway Co. to make Railway from their Railway at Pwllheli to Porthdinllaen Harbour, and a Pier in connection therewith, either by reviving the powers of The Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway Act, 1882, or by conferring new powers. Asks for his assent as owner and gives schedules of lands, etc.
