LETTER: W. Twigg Ellis, solicitor at Elwy House, Llanrwst to Thomas Davies, Denbigh St, Llanrwst re the case of J Evans v. T.D. and W.R. Thomas. He has found there are several instalments in arrears and unless they are cleared by Friday will issue an execution for the full balance of debt and costs.
