LETTER from R.T. Hill to his father, W. Hill, of 121 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool, it is mainly concerning the bad, rainy weather and a resultant flood. He mentions that he went up to inspect the mine and found that a lot of top soil had been washed into the workings but he does not think that much damage has resulted from this and at least the men can go on getting sulphur and clearing at the same time.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
