INDENTURE re the mining of ore at Cae Coch mine on the estate of Gwydir by agreement of Lord Gwydir. The agreement being that Thompson and Hill have free and full liberty to work the sulphur mine, also the copper ore, tin ore, lead ore and all other metals and minerals on the same site, delivering to Lord Gwydir 5 shillings per ton of sulphur stones (on shipping) and 1/8th of all metals and minerals that may be found (this indenture later cancelled on June 1st 1821).
