Mentions a promise from Robert Owens which encouraged them to go to more expense, says he has asked Owens to get a Take Note and tells Goodwin to start work as soon as this is granted. He asks him to get ready about 30 tons which should only require the work of 2 men, and to let him know when he can commence this work.

Page Language
