LETTER: J.W. Roome, Withers, Nicholl, Manisty and Company, 20 Essex Street, London, to Colonel J.C. Wynne Finch, Voelas, Betws-y-Coed, Wales, re possible ways of providing pensions for estate workers. Suggested methods are the Estate Company or the Trust. He says that Carter, on behalf of Mrs. Coldwell, felt the latter to be reasonable, and Sir William has agreed. [Document closed for 60 years after creation.]
